    Responsibilities:
    1. Develop new customers, understand customer needs, establish customer relationships, and propose sales plans for fertilizers;
    2. Accurately grasp local market sales information, understand local crops, and establish customer profiles
    3. Set sales targets and achieve sales in the responsible area according to the targets
    4. Sales tracking of dealers, assisting dealers in increasing sales volume
    5. Promptly respond to customer complaints and coordinate the handling of such complaints to minimize losses for the company and customers;
    Requirements:
    1. College degree or above, major in plant protection, agriculture or related fields;
    2. More than 3 years of sales work experience, with experience in fertilizer sales and certain customer resources;
    3. Having market analysis, marketing, and promotion abilities, as well as good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, and the ability to analyze and solve problems;
    4. Understand the market, plan reasonably, have clear goals, be able to endure hardship, have perseverance and a sense of responsibility.
